Contract Execution

Each license is issued under a versioned legal agreement (v2.1) referenced by token URI. Terms are fixed at issuance and cannot be modified retroactively.

Royalty Enforcement

Resale royalty rate is embedded per token per ERC-2981. The rate is set at issuance and collected on every secondary transfer. Rate cannot be waived unilaterally.

License Transfer

Transfer of the token constitutes transfer of usage rights as defined in the license agreement. Settlement is single-transaction. Prior holder rights terminate upon block confirmation.

Audit Trail

All issuance, transfer, and royalty events are recorded on Ethereum mainnet and queryable via standard ERC-721 / ERC-2981 event logs. Records are operator-independent.
